More on sugar and sweeteners

Now that the flurry of baking and cleaning is done, and I’ve posted pictures and recipe links, I’ve been enjoying browsing Katy Carter’s website. That’s where I found the sticky bun recipe. There’s a lot to like — good recipes, a rant about Sally Fallon and (seemingly) impossible standards, and a four-part series on sugar and other sweeteners — all with humor and realism.
