Focaccia dough crust, brushed with olive oil, topped with fresh tomatoes, parmesan, and sauteed orange pepper, broccoli, onion, garlic, and chicken.

And I’m delighted to report that the pizza peel works! Really well! I sprinkled it liberally with cornmeal, assembled the pizza on it, topped it, and slid it off very neatly onto the hot stone. And it slipped right back on without too much trouble, to come out of the oven when done.

  1. The pizza stone and peel have really improved how our pizzas are turning out. Still not as great as fabulous NY pizza, but much better than they used to be.
