Fitness Challenge Week 6

Monday was the second week of a new routine for BGTT, and while it was still killer, I was less sore the next day. Later Shaina suggested I could use one pound weights instead of the elastic band for the bits that bother my thumbs. I’ll try that next week.

Wednesday we did a classic Pilates set — excellent. Some things I can do level two, others I’m still level one on. And it’s all good.

Today I finally made it back to spinning — the second time. I had enough water this time, and was better able to pace myself. Needed a serious nap this afternoon, though!
