Breakfast: Cereal with skim milk.
Lunch: Peanut butter on wheat toast. Garden carrot (the rest will be steamed tonight, I think). Nectarine.
Dinner: Ancilla steak, marinated and grilled. Spinach, broccoli, bacon, and onion salad. Corn on the cob. A few tortilla and corn chips.
Dessert: I declined the pie (having filled my sweets budget already) but ate three peaches from it.
