Breakfast: homemade banana nut pancakes with butter and maple syrup.
Lunch: Peanut butter on wheat toast. Broccoli. Nectarine.
Snack: I went to a kids’ birthday party and didn’t eat cake (met my sweets budget already this week), but had a few of the strawberries that had fallen off.
Dinner: Dining hall. Small bit of fried tilapia. Some fried popcorn shrimp. Pita chips and hummus and tomatoes. Small salad of mixed greens (they had craisins and walnuts mixed in), scallions, and sunflower seeds with ranch.
