Breakfast: Fabulous yummy oatmeal cooked with skim milk and topped with blueberries and maple syrup. No OJ this morning.

Lunch: Simple bruschetta (diced garden tomatoes tossed with basil, pepper, and a bit of garlic powder) on three slices of cheddar-topped wheat toast. Nectarine.

Dinner: Super nachos. Tortilla chips with cheddar broiled on, topped with homemade salsa, garden tomatoes, black beans, rice, and corn.

Dessert: First of two sweets allotted for the week. Homemade whole wheat cream puffs with homemade vanilla pudding and blueberries.
