Breakfast: Oatmeal Squares with blueberries and skim milk. OJ.
Lunch: Two fried eggs, two slices of wheat toast (one with blueberry curd), and a carrot. Amy devoured her egg — I cooked hers over easy for a change, instead of excessively well done like I like them. She finished her other food and asked for another egg and ate most of it.
Dinner: More leftover barbecued chicken. Buttered cornbread muffins with corn in them. (Take that, little girl who used to love veggies and now for unknown reasons is balking at all of them except broccoli and beets.) Green and yellow beans and baby carrots.
