Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat sourdough english muffin with homemade blueberry curd.

Lunch: Homegrown tomatoes, carrots, and green beans. Pecans. A bit of cheddar. Pretzel sticks.

Dinner: Spaghetti with sauce made from homegrown tomatoes and Italian sausage.

Dessert: Leftover pancake with blueberry curd.
