Breakfast: Six blueberry pancakes with butter and maple syrup, three pieces of bacon, and OJ.

Lunch: Pumpernickel bagel with tomato slices, cheddar cheese, chicken, and lettuce. One Dove dark chocolate square. Cantaloupe.

Dinner: Almost half a cornish hen. Baked potato with butter. Green beans and spaetzle. Salad with lettuce, tomato, celery, and vinaigrette.

Dessert: Blueberry pie with ice cream.
