Breakfast: Oatmeal Squares with a peach.

Lunch: BJ’s Chicken salad on a pumpernickel bagel with tomato and swiss. Some chips and salsa. Some flavored pretzel bits. More tomato. A plum.

Snacks: Three Dove dark chocolate squares. One third of Amy’s strawberry popsicle.

Dinner: Baked bbq country ribs. Salad with french dressing. Buttered baked potato. Steamed broccoli.

Dessert: Klondike.
