Lunch: Meatball and provolone with marinara on wheat hoagie roll. A few cheddar Sun Chips (wow they were salty) and a few regular chips (Zapp’s?). Potbelly’s at the Chicago Midway airport.
Snack: Honey roasted peanuts and Wheat Thins chips. Thanks, Southwest.
Dinner: Two overloaded plates at the Chinese buffet: crab legs, coconut walnut shrimp, general’s chicken, chicken and broccoli, fried rice, green beans, chicken pot stickers, spring roll, chinese donut, macaroon, nasty tiny dry pastry, a little pudding.
