Breakfast: You know. No OJ.

Lunch: Natural peanut butter on wheat toast. Pretzel sticks. Carrot sticks. Plum.

Dinner: Papa John’s pepperoni, sausage, and tomato pizza (three slices).

Dessert: Blueberry crisp with ice cream. (I used rather less sugar than called for, and it was still plenty sweet. Most dessert recipes are too sweet for my taste anymore.)
