Wednesday

Breakfast: Yup.

Lunch: Cheddar cheese, generic Ritz crackers, pretzel sticks, carrot sticks, and a peach.

Dinner: Quiche with whole wheat butter crust, broccoli, bacon, onion, and cheddar. (Amy ate one and a half pieces, and Mark and I ate the rest.)

  1. I love that everyday you have the same breakfast. I do the same thing! Two egg whites with either an english muffin or toast on the side. Topped with either salsa or ketchup. Today, I splurged and added a bit of low-fat cheese! 🙂

  2. Just about. I think I went through all four years of high school eating dry cheerios. Sometimes I do pancakes, or english muffins, or oatmeal — but with this new exercise thing I don’t want to cook when I’m done, I just want to eat.
