Breakfast: The usual. Orange juice, too.

Lunch: Homemade simple bruschetta (diced garden tomato with olive oil, basil, and garlic) with buttered homemade hard rolls. Carrot. Plum.

Snack: White grape juice popsicle.

Dinner: Weird cornbread concoction: Jiffy cornbread mix plus the milk and egg it calls for, mixed with leftover chicken, corn, and a bit of yogurt, topped with grated cheddar and cherry tomato slices, baked in a skillet.
