Today’s food

Breakfast: Oatmeal Squares cereal with skim milk

Snack: Two and a half zucchini cake bars

Lunch: Scrambled egg sandwich on wheat toast.
Sliced nectarine, plain skim yogurt with a little maple syrup
Romaine, green pepper, and carrots with homemade vinaigrette.

Dinner: Spaghetti with homemade meat sauce.
Banana.

  1. Nice menu. I need to tighten my eating back down again. I have done pretty well for the last three months but have had to back off due to med issues. But, I’m seeing the Dr. tomorrow so I’m hoping to get that resolved then. Hang in there!

  2. May your doctor visit go well. I’m going to try keeping track of what I eat, a) to get a better idea of how I actually eat (not just how I think I eat) and b) maybe it’ll help me be more thoughtful about what I choose to eat. I should probably be noting amounts, but I don’t really want to start measuring my food. If I could remember, I’d do better taking pictures of each meal.
