Oven pancake

This is what I had for lunch today, courtesy of the Fannie Farmer cookbook. 3 eggs, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 c whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, 2 T melted butter, baked in an iron skillet, topped with butter, maple syrup, and banana. Mmm…
