Focaccia pizza
I made Tamara’s focaccia again this evening. This time, topped with parmesan, cheddar, tomatoes from the garden, and Italian sausage. Mmmmm.

That looks so tasty. I love fresh tomatoes on my pizza. When I lived in Italy they had the best pizza!! Not stuff like pizza hut or dominos…nah the real thing. Nice thin crust, fresh everything, all sort of great and unique toppings, and the sauce…ahh perfecto. I think that is one of the things I miss most about Italy. Do you like artichoke hearts? Those are great on pizza and garlic..if you are a fan of that. Gosh, you got me hungry.

that looks good….it looks so much better than the chicken and biscuits I had for dinner. Banquet didn’t do me right tonight. I was disappointed in my TV dinner, the tube biscuits nearly brought me to tears.

It was delicious. I miss New York pizza! I can imagine Italy’s must be wonderful. And Austin? how can you, ms culinary school graduate, ever expect to be satisfied by a tv dinner?
