Monday I planned my day around the evening’s dulcimer gathering, which happens a half hour away every first and third Monday. Mainly the planning just involved making sure I had enough time to get my dulcimer in tune and to make an early dinner.
After dinner, I headed out. A half hour later, I came back, having wandered around 17 looking for Sycamore, unsuccessfully, and maplessly. I’d misunderstood what Mark said about getting there. And since they only meet for an hour and a half, by that time it wasn’t worth getting the map and trying again.
We ended up going to Culver for ice cream instead.
Today Amy and I headed to Culver for the playgroup I’d heard about from various teachers and teachers’ wives. Mark told me last night that another participant told him they meet at 10 at the playground. But there was no playgroup there at the playground, and the people who were there assured me there was no other playground in town. Humph.
We played on the swings for a few minutes and walked around and then went to Plymouth to mail a package and get my business’s P.O. Box. Then home for Amy’s nap, and I’ve made her lunch, and registered the business to collect sales tax, and now I hear her waking up.
Mmm, lunchtime.
That does sound a bit frustrating.
What business is it that you have?

Sandra,
It’s my music business — performing, selling CDs, and teaching.
