Amy’s Morning
A while ago I wrote a tune; really I just started humming something as I swayed Amy back and forth, trying to calm some fussies. As I hummed it took the shape of this tune, which I’ve called “Amy’s Morning.”
She’s been very fussy today and I’ve been mad. But then I put her in the sling and played her tune for us both.
(Ugh, the sound doesn’t track with the video.)
Beautiful!

What a pretty tune - I liked it!! Question: Could you put Amy in the swing facing the dulcimer and play for her?
I’d have to move the swing or the dulcimer — more work than it’s worth to get both bulky items in the same room.

I think she liked it. Do you play for her often? Babies usually love tunes and music. Blake is such the dancer now…even when the washer machine turns on, its funny. That was beautiful, you are quite talented.

Just got a chance to read the blog today - nice tune. It should be on the next CD - someday.
Cool to play for her in the sling!

That was incredible. You are extremely talented. I enjoyed watching you as much as I did listening to it. It’s pretty amazing you could play with Amy strapped to you.
And Amy really did seem to enjoy it.
